Jackson County developed an Action Plan for the Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3) funding through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The Action Plan outlines the proposed activities that were undertaken in order to utilize the $1,162,482 allocation from HUD. These activities include acquisition, rehabilitation and sale of foreclosed or abandoned properties.
