Carlas (CJ) Quinney Jr. is a born leader and gifted communicator who has served as the Brain Trust for the Eric Thomas empire since its inception. CJ remained a mystery to the masses until recently when The Secret To Success Podcast  , in which he leads alongside ET, took the World by Storm. Shortly after, the world found out what few already knew, CJ is the man responsible for spearheading Eric Thomas  and Associates rise from relatively unknown, to a multi-million dollar brand and enterprise.
