Youth Center Nutrition Information

The Jackson County Youth Center provides delicious and nutritious foods for the residents and staff. These meals are prepared by our cooks who provide breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for each resident.

The school food authority (SFA) accepts responsibility for providing free meals and/or free milk and after school snacks to the residents in custody at the Jackson County Youth Centers. The Facility/Site/SFA assures the Michigan Department of Education that the Facility/Site/SFA will administer all policies and regulations under the "Meet Up & Eat Up" Program
