The County of Jackson MI is offering two small incubator store front retail spaces (490 square feet & 526 square feet) for a one year lease on the ground floor of the County Tower Building, located at 120 W. Michigan Avenue. The lease is a progressive twelve month lease designed to allow an entrepreneur to grow and establish a business in downtown Jackson.
